Owner and head trainer, Isabeau Miller, is the only ISSA certified personal trainer, performance nutrition specialist and life coach in the Nashville area to have shed almost 40% of her own body weight on NBC's HIT television weight loss show, "The Biggest Loser". As a member of the first ever black team, Isabeau went from a size 26/28 to a size 12/14 under the amazing direction of Jillian Michaels- TV's Toughest Trainer, and world renowned for her ability to transform bodies of all shapes, sizes and ages. Now, Isabeau implements the lessons of Jillian, as well as some of her own tricks and trades to help YOU become the healthiest, happiest, most balanced you've ever been.
